National Convention

The
4th National Convention of CNIPMMR
took place on Saturday, the 27th of March 2004 in Oradea
(Baile Felix - Hotel Termal).
During
the opening of the event, various personalities in Romania
had encouraging speeches addressed to the delegates of CNIPMMR
from all over the country that came to the Convention.
On
this occasion, CNIPMMR signed two agreements with:
- Romanian
Foreign Trade Centre
- The
association "Investor's Club 01"
The
main objective of these agreements is improving the access
of private enterprises, especially of SMEs, to information
regarding the investment and export potential.
Also,
within the same event, the Local Council of SMEs Oradea.
through the trading company CIAC SA, signed with Romanian
Commodities Exchange (BRM) the official opening of the BRM
terminal in Oradea.
According
to CNIPMMR Statute, the 206 members - delegates having voting
right analysed and approved CNIPMMR activity developed over
the past 4 years.
CNIPMMR evolution was towards a strengtherned organisation
and towards an increasing prestige and influence at national
and international level. This evolution was presented within
the Activity Report.
The delegates also adopted the CNIPMMR
Strategy for 2004-2008 and the prioritary actions
for the next period and elected a new management team (Permanent
Board and the Board of Directors).
As
a close-up, the Rezolution of the
National Convention of CNIPMMR was adopted. The
participants, representing 54 CNIPMMR branches, and other
member professional associations, based on analyses and
experiences identified the difficulties that the private
SMEs are facing and included them within the Resolution.
In the same evening, the results of the National Convention
were presented within a Press Conference.
The
National Convention of CNIPMMR was organised this year with
the kind support of the Local Council of SMEs in Oradea.
We use this opportunity to thank the Oradea team and especially
Mr. Ioan Mintas the President of CLIMM Oradea
for turning this event into a big success.
