The
National Convention is the supreme governing body of the CNIPMMR
and is called in once every four years, usually during the
first quarter of the fourth year. Also, whenever necessary,
the National Convention can be called in extraordinary session
at the suggestion of the Board of Directors and two thirds
of the Managerial College members' votes. Delegates by right
to the National Convention are: operating Managerial College
members, Board of Directors members; ex Presidents, prime
Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents still members of CNIPMMR,
delegates of the Excellence Business Club.
It
includes: the CNIPMMR President, the members of the Board of
Directors, the Presidents of the CNIPMMR branches and CNIPMMR
member associations and meets once a trimester or every time
it is requested .
Permanent Council
It
includes 26 persons elected by the National Convention from
the latter's members. The President, Prime Vice President, and
Vice-Presidents are members of the Permanent Council by right.
