Romania-Hungary Partnership

On 01/04/2010, National Council of Private SMEs in Romania (CNIPMMR) signed a collaborative partnership with IPOSZ - Hungary, the organization is high on the largest employer nationally and professional organization of micro, small and medium Hungarian enterprises. From the National Council of Private Small and Medium Enterprises in Romania (CNIPMMR) partnership was signed by President Prof.Univ.Dr.Ovidiu Nicolescu and from the IPOSZ by President Mr. Gyorgy Szucs..

Partnership Romania, Czech Republic

In The “Day on entrepreneurship” in this year 2009 and in the “National SME Forum”, event organized by the National Council of Small and Medium Private Enterprises in Romania (CNIPMMR) in the “European SME Week”, CNIPMMR signed a collaborative partnership with the Union of Czech SMEs. The official document of the partnership was signed by President Prof.Univ.Dr.Ovidiu Nicolescu and the Czech was signed by Mr. David Seiche, president of SMEs in the Czech Republic on Friday, May 8, 2009 at Diplomatic Club Bucharest. The aim of this partnership is the development of cooperation relations between the two countries: Romania and Czech Republic.

Romania-Italy Partnership

On Friday, May 8, 2009 at Diplomatic Club Bucharest was signed the “Pact of Bucharest Development” between the National Council of Small and Medium Private Enterprises in Romania and NOLA-PMI API in Italy. This italian employers organization participated as invited to work „ National SME Forum”, event organized by the National Council of Small and Medium Enterprises in Romania ( CNIPMMR ) in the “European SME Week”. From the CNIPMMR the partnership was signed by Mr. Vice President Cornelius Tanase, while the Italian was signed by Mr. President Tommaso Carciello.

Romania- Senegal Partnership

On Tuesday, May 5, 2009, the National Employers Senegal made a working visit to Romania at the invitation of Minister of Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises, Commerce and Business, Mr. Constantin Nita. National Employers in Senegal has also visited the headquarters of the National Council of Private Small and Medium Private Enterprises in Romania (CNIPMMR) together with a delegation of businessmen in which components were 23 businessmen from Senegal. The delegation was led by Senegal Baidy Dgne, Lord President of the National Employers in Senegal. On this occasion it was signed a collaborative partnership between the National Council of Small and Medium Private Enterprises in Romania (CNIPMMR) and National Employers Senegal. From CNIPMMR the partnership was signed by Mr. President Prof. Univ. Dr. Ovidiu Nicolescu and signed by Senegalese President Mr. Baidz Dgne.

Romanian-German Partnership in the craft field - running

  FRANCE

In October 2007, CNIPMMR and General Confederation of Small and Medium Enterprises of France (CGPME) have signed a partnership. Visiting French counterparts was accompanied by a French economic delegation to Romania. The partnership was signed by the presidents of the two organizations, Mr. Francois Roubaud and Mr. Prof.Univ. Dr. Ovidiu Nicolescu, and represents a step towards further collaboration and development of economic exchanges between the two countries.



 ITALY

On April 23, 2007, CNIPMMR signed with Autonomous National Federation of Entrepreneurs and freelancers in Italy at the headquarters, a collaborative partnership based on reciprocity and partnership activities to promote private sector of both countries, especially SMEs and cooperation related to structural funds. Protocol was signed by Mr. Ovidiu Nicolescu, President CNIPMMR, and Mr. President Francesco Rippo, from Italian.


 PORTUGAL

On February 22, 2007, CNIPMMR signed a collaborative partnership with the Associação das PME - Pequenas e Medias Empresas Portugal, at the CNIPMMR. The aim of this partnership is to increase in common shares of both organizations to support regional economic development and to promote the best interests of the business climate in both countries. Protocol was signed by Mr. Ovidiu Nicolescu, President CNIPMMR and Mr. Juaquim Rocha da Cunha, President of Associação das PME - Pequenas e Medias Empresas Portugal.


ISRAEL

On the 22nd of January 2004, Prof. Ovidiu Nicolescu, CNIPMMR President and Mr. Gideon Sagee, President od Israeli SMEs Authority (ISMEA) signed a Protocol of Agreement regarding the development of cooperation in joint fields of interest: training management, economic information exchange, investment and trade, creating joint-ventures. Taking into account that Israel became a constant partner of Romania over the past few years (the amount of bilateral trade exchanges increased from 30 million of dollars in 1990 to 300 million dollars in 2002 ) this protocol enhances the area of bilateral colaboration also in the SMEs field.


ITALY

In march 2003, CNIPMMR President, Prof.univ.dr. Ovidiu Nicolescu, participated at the second European Summitt of Craft and SMEs in Rome. On this occasion, two cooperation agreements were signed with important partners form Italy.

A first agreement was signed with ASSOMECANICA Italia, The National Federation of SMEs in Italian Mechanical Industry, led by Mr. Franco Giuliani.
within this agreement, there are 7 specific modalities for commercial, investment and industrial.

The second agreement was signed with Confederation for professional training for craft and small enterprises (ECIPA), led by Mrs. Gabriella Vinci.
These document states 5 types of cooperation focused on training and projects, financed by EU, the Italian Government and - eventually - the Romanian Government.


INDIA

In March 2003, at CNIPMMR headquarters, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed with Indian Federation of SMEs (FISME) which aims to strenghten relations between businessmen of the two countries. Also the agreement stipulates a permanent exchange of information and experience between the two partner organisations.

CNIPMMR partnerships with similar associations from abroad have as main objectives:

  • developing the relations between the countries, business communities, associations that represent the business community interests
  • the permanent exchange of information regarding the respective markets, information that is disseminated to the members of each organisation
  • experience exchange regarding trainingm, consultancy, information, know-how transfer activities
  • providing business contacts between the member companies in the respective countries
  • organising economic missions to establish business contacts among members
  • organising participation at international fairs in the respective countries
