CNIPMMR organised during 1-5 of March 2004 the training course "Quality Management, implementing the quality systems ISO 9000/2000 in a small enterprise, differences between ISO 9000/1995 and ISO 9000/2000, the documents of quality system" in co-operation with CESO Canada - Toronto, acknowledged at international level for providing consultancy services to small and medium enterprises. The training course was finalised by granting graduation diplomas to the participants.

The general presentation was followed by visits to four companies, elected by the foreign consultant according to the results of the first week, in order to put the theory in practice.
