organisations, by strengthening the capacity of understanding
employers interests, the perfectioning of bairgaining techniques
with trade unions, building model social relations within
the enterprise and
- improving labour protection, by strengthening the ability
of the associations for a comprehensive consultation, sensibilisation
of the selected enterprises and realisation of model measures
in this field.

respective project is financially supported by the German
Federal Ministry for Economy and Labour (BMWA) and is implemented
by the Federal Union of German Employers Associations Union
(BDA) together with the Foundation for Economic Development
and Professional Training, Bonn (SEQUA), regional employers
associations and chambers in Germany.
Within
